  • Take the customers through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps, policies and procedures
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a strong customer network
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
  • Sell finance & insurance products to customers
  • Maintain impeccable reputation with lenders
  • Produce & submit accurate paperwork for title and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all local and national regulations and work with sales management to ensure maximum profit
  • Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors and customers
  • Continue to maintain our dealership's value, quality, and integrity
  • Analyze information and evaluate alternatives in an effort to resolve issues and make sound, timely decisions.
  • Performs efficiently with the normal amount of direction for the position; displays the professional attitude and capabilities of a self-starter.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:
    • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
    • Minimum of three (3) years of Finance, Sales and/or Customer Service Experience
    • Prior experience and understanding of industry specific regulations to include tag / title laws, Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) protocols, and loan / banking processes
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic presence with an ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
    • Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
    • Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
    • Strong computer and phone skills
    • Work effectively and efficiently as an individual and in a team environment.
    • Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
